Summary of Role:
Fiskars Consumer Services team is looking for an employee who strives to achieve customer satisfaction within defined objectives for the company. Includes managing orders, complaints, problem resolution, and customer communication. High level of professional communication required.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers and ensures customer needs are met.
  • Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues.
  • Organize deliveries, execute transport with needed documentation, and check availability of the goods to be shipped.
  • Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
  • Responsible for maintaining ERP system data.
  • Data Entry and working with a variety of product claims under warranty.
Who You Are:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Organizational, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills needed
  • Skill in alpha and numeric keyboarding, also strong data entry
This is a hybrid role out of the Middleton Wisconsin Office.
