Chef Louie’s Corporate Foodservice is seeking qualified Account Chef/Manager to prepare and manage all food production with a team of 4 people in a corporate café environment.

Qualified candidates should be well versed in providing outstanding customer service, have the ability and knowledge to prepare a broad range of breakfast and lunch items, and have a skill set to produce a range of ethnic cuisines, all while cultivating a professional/positive company image to our customers and team members.

A qualified candidate should have the skills and passion to be able to run all aspects of the daily operations; including but not limited to: the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations listed below.

  • Performing tasks essential to the proper functioning of the day-to-day operations including, ordering necessary daily and weekly food stocks, managing waste, proper food production techniques and presentation of core menu and daily specials.
  • Delegating tasks to team members, providing timely feedback and focusing on their growth and professional development.
  • Possession of interpersonal skills for effective communications.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of culinary arts as it may relate to menu, production (ability to cook) , food costs, and/or time management.
  • Have the ability to understand, recognize, and implement the company philosophy and standards; striving to make a difference by empowering team members and promoting our high standards and excellence in all areas.
  • Ability to practice proper planning and staffing techniques which include managing time and resources.
  • Should posses the ability to control inventory levels and expenses such as payroll and food waste to maximize the businesses’ profitability.
  • Must be prepared to multi-task and react to a variety of situations at any given time.
  • Must possess the ability to adapt, change, and grow with the company, while still adhering to the company’s core philosophy and standards.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of food safety with all state certifications required
  • Have ability to work with Square Register system and manage items on our menu and respond to customers questions and feedback.
  • Have the willingness to work with Regional GM to develop solutions for any issues that arise

This position is located in Lexington MA. near Hanscom Air Base. The position involves continuous interaction with customers and team members, all in a fast paced environment. The ability to promote and prosper in a ‘TEAM’ environment is what will set you apart from other applicants.
