Job Description: RMI is expanding and we're excited to invite a Customer Care Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter customer orders into our CRM system.
Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, returns, and product details via phone and email.
Manage the order workflow, ensuring all steps in the process are completed efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of self-motivation.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not required.
CompensationSalary: $18 to $20 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
