Rosen summit dental advisors is Hiring a Pediatric Dentist Near Peabody, MA

Our busy practice is growing and we are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist to assist our patients in achieving optimum oral health! Our goal is to give our patients the best possible dental home and a service and office environment that patients enjoy coming to.

We are looking for a long term, part time, experienced Dentist to join our team. Our need is two-three days a week with flexibility on the days worked. No nights or weekends! Hours are 8AM-5PM.

Job Summary: Diagnoses and treats diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures. Treats diseases of nerve, pulp and other dental tissues affecting vitality of teeth as well as oversees the operations of the practice by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
  • Uses air turbine and hand instruments, dental appliances and surgical implements.
  • Writes prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications.
  • Uses masks, gloves and safety glasses to protect themselves and their patients from infectious diseases.
  • Responsible for maintaining current license, malpractice insurance, CPR certification, CE credits each year, OSHA standards and HIPAA regulations.
  • Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education/Experience:

· DDS, DMD required

· Current license to practice dentistry

· Valid malpractice liability insurance

· Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience at a dental practice

Compensation

$1300 per day or 40% collections
