CALL CENTER AGENTS

We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be pre-screening Homeowners for various programs that they may qualify for - with a live transfer over to our client for closing.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We provide a pre-screening service for various benefit programs for types of home mortgage Programs.

We will provide the equipment -- we will provide the training -- we will provide the ongoing Team Lead Support staff.

• Make System generated Outbound calls
• Obtain information using a dynamic script prompted by our system
• Make LIVE Transfers for qualified individuals
• Ability to quickly build rapport with people and understand their needs is essential.
• No Hard Sales
