Salary: $100,000 - $130,000Hybrid Schedule: T-Thr in-office / Mon & Fri remoteOverviewWe’re looking for an experienced Business Applications Specialist to join our dynamic business applications team. The role requires system analysis experience, a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, and expertise with other related systems. As a Business Applications Specialist, you will collaborate closely with diverse departments to provide essential support, conduct comprehensive business requirement analysis, and craft, strategize, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives while ensuring the integrity and seamless flow of data across our systems. What you’ll do:Provide support to various teams by effectively managing and maintaining critical business application systems such as Salesforce and other relevant platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Consolidate & review requests from different departments to investigate the need, prioritize accordingly, and propose solutions that support the overall structure of the system. Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline business processes. Continuously improve existing configurations and system processes. Who you are:3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce. Strong understanding of systems and business processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to grasp customer needs. Excellent analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills. Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
