We currently have two positions available, every other weekend from 8a-4p, and every other weekend 2p-10p. Want a job with a set schedule that you can plan around? Would you like to work with people who love their job?
The receptionist greets and assists residents and visitors of Glenmeadow, answers telephone and directs calls, monitors security system, and assists with clerical work by performing the following duties.
The receptionist greets and assists residents and visitors of Glenmeadow, answers telephone and directs calls, monitors security system, and assists with clerical work by performing the following duties.
- Greet and direct residents and all visitors.
- Operate telephone system to receive incoming calls, answer inquiries and direct calls or take messages.
- Assist residents with packages.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence, data entry, file maintenance and general clerical duties for all management staff.
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Book guest suites, medical appointments, meeting rooms.
- Dispatches drivers
- Schedule departure times for medical appointments.
- Assemble mailings and information packets.
- Sort, collect and distribute mail and messages.
- Make sure there are adequate amounts of: applications, appointment slips, employee meal tickets, phone lists, newsletters, menus, etc. printed.
- Monitor alarm systems.
- Assist with the training of new concierge.
