Shockoe seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Client Services to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a track record of driving profitable growth and ensuring client success. The VP of Client Services will lead the development and execution of business strategies, oversee client satisfaction initiatives, build and develop a high-performing Client Services team, and contribute to the company's overall leadership.

Your MISSION as VP of Client Strategy:

Enhance client satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, manage new and existing client relationships, and drive business growth through strategic client management and innovative solutions.

Outcomes and Objectives: :

Set departmental objectives and performance goals that align to organizational goals using Shockoe’s Development and Feedback Program

Develop and grow the Client Services team through effective recruitment, career development, and continuous improvement initiatives

Boost Shockoe’s revenue through client retention and reengagement by building strong, trust-based client relationships

Be a trusted advisor and the primary strategic point of contact for Shockoe clients

Be a true team player and positively contribute to our culture and work environment

Thrill clients with your and your team’s quality of work and capabilities

Responsibilities: :

Strategic & Profitable Growth:

Boost Shockoe’s revenue with innovative, growth-driving strategies

Create and manage an account planning program aligned with client goals

Collaborate with sales and marketing to target the Sports, Entertainment, and Consumer Service Industries

Ensure competitive positioning with industry benchmarking and pricing

Forecast future revenue, focusing on retention, growth, and new client acquisition
Client Success:

Build strong, trust-based client relationships to client goals

Develop and oversee a Client Satisfaction Survey Program, acting on feedback to enhance client satisfaction

Engage directly with key accounts, delivering strategic value for Shockoe and our clients

Plan and attend events and speaking engagements to increase visibility and connect with top prospects
Group Leadership:

Craft and institute a compelling vision for the Client Services group, aligning with Shockoe’s objectives

Champion the Client Services practice throughout the organization, ensuring alignment with company-wide goals and strategies

Hire, lead, and mentor a team of talented individuals, implementing strategies to coach and develop team members for top performance

Seek out development opportunities, including mentorship programs and effective training programs

Define and implement streamlined processes and tools to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Client Services group

Competencies and Experience: :

Track record in doubling a service-based organization’s revenue or client base

Strategic vision and business development acumen

Expertise in web, mobile, immersive, or conversational AI design & development

Expertise in digital transformation and emerging technologies

Strong leadership and client relationship management skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
