We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing network administration, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals

- Set up and troubleshoot LAN connections

- Assist with firewall configuration and maintenance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

- Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Document and track support requests using ticketing systems

- Perform software installations, updates, and patches

- Conduct software troubleshooting and resolve technical problems

- Assist with computer hardware maintenance and repairs

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including LAN setup and configuration

- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and technical support

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with end-users

- Familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking support requests

- Knowledge of firewall configuration and maintenance is preferred

- Understanding of computer hardware components and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance
