Now Hiring Full-Time Quality Service Officers in Fresno, CA!
- Full-time positions range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
Candidates applying must be able to work one or a combination of the shift(s) below:
- Day: may work 6 to 8 hours between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Swing: may work 6 to 8 hours between 12:00 PM - 3:00 AM
- Grave: may work 6 to 8 hrs between 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM
***Must be available to work weekends***
Quality Service Officer Expectations:
Working days and shifts are subject to change.
The Quality Service Officer is responsible for contributing to the quality of daily services provided at sites by executing training with Security Officers and ensuring that a Security Officer’s delivery of service is in accordance with CIS policies and Post Orders.
Quality Service Officer Expectations:
- Complete quality inspections to ensure that contracted services are completed according to Post Orders.
- Ensure that Security Officers have the proper PPE, uniforms, and other equipment to complete their job duties effectively and safely.
- Required to work open shifts when directed.
- Train Security Officers at job sites according to Post Orders and established processes.
- Conduct various training programs with Security Officers.
- Complete site level questions for 90-Day Introductory periods according to pre-determined format managed by the Operations Manager.
- Maintain basic knowledge of job duties to be completed for client jobsites to be able to provide training according to Post Orders.
- Communicate to Operations Manager(s) any deficiencies in an Officer’s performance that are not remedied by re-training.
- Responsible for strict confidentiality regarding customer and employee information.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Quality Service Standards & GEI values to provide Operations Manager information relating to any deficiencies observed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid State Issued California Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Scale: $18.50 to $20.50 per hour
An employee’s actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced, and the employee’s longevity with the company.
