Sustainable Interiors is looking to hire a part-time Accounts Payable Administrator to support our growing business! Ideal candidates for this position will have strengths in administrative organization, problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and customer service.
Position is M-F, approx 20/hrs per week
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Data Entry
Share in Receptionist Tasks When Necessary
As-Needed Assistance Within the Admin Team
Qualifications:
This position requires being in-office
Must pass drug test.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive customer service orientation toward staff and public.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize and problem solve with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Able to type 40 words per minute.
