Quickway Transportation is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join 100% Employee Owned team in the Indianapolis, IN area.
This is a 12 hour shift with 4 days on and 4 days off.
A successful Operations Manager candidate must demonstrate the ability to organize, control and manage the successful delivery of customer orders. The process requires the ability to work closely with groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, suppliers and sub-contractors. The position requires integration of negotiation skills, analysis of problems, and the ability to understand and translate the company goals into appropriate actions.
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy and the ability to function in an electronic communication environment is essential.
A working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements is necessary. A commitment to comply with and support safety standards, as well as, all regulatory and company policies and procedures is imperative. Pay to be commensurate with experience. Salary Bonus.
