Job Description
Primary or Major Responsibilities:
- Direct the coordination and preparation of monthly financial statements, annual business plan and supporting system, and the preparation and maintenance of the operating budget for the facility.
- Direct the development and implementation of applicable policies and procedures for the facility.
- Prepare and/or supervise financial, operational and contract analysis and general accounting practices in compliance with government requirements, Corporate directives, policies, and procedures for the facility.
- Provide regular financial guidance to and interaction with other functions of the facility to improve operating results and measure performance.
- Actively participate in providing input and the sharing of ideas with other financial personnel with the Corporation to promote and execute best practices throughout the financial areas of the Company.
- Direct the activities of the costing function to assure timely and accurate financial input and output.

Education and Certification/License Credentials
- BA/BS in Business with a major in Accounting.
Functional Competencies
- Experience in a manufacturing accounting environment.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills plus an ability to function in a collaborative environment.
