The Mortgage Processing Support Analyst will spend their day communicating between system support and the Bank as well as using sound banking practices while processing mortgage loans for the bank. This individual will be a system expert with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and communicate effectively to system support as well as Bank Encompass users. He/she will work through open service now tickets to ensure production and processes run efficiently and smoothly and provide communication and training to Encompass users.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. System testing along with coordinating test plans
2. Works closely with mortgage team members, information technology and the business team regarding system enhancements.
3. Expert knowledge for Encompass and additional assigned applications through training and experience
4. Work with IT and/or third-party vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations.
5. Responsible for the performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Encompass mortgage loan origination system
6. Intermediate knowledge of loan processes.
7. Ability to interpret and communicate effectively.
8. Process real estate files in order to obtain appropriate approvals to close.
9. Works closely with lenders communicating decisions and requirements. Interacts with the customer when necessary.
10. Prepare all loan documents for closing. Conduct all necessary processing for post-closing requirements.
11. Insure that loans originated are in compliance with all bank and regulator policies.
12. Assist & Cross train with Retail Processing Manager in order to maintain consistency in absences.
13. Exhibits professional behavior and promotes positive working relationships. Practices WCB values and supports the goals and strategic plans of the Bank.
14. All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task and provide support to multiple people

Desirable Requirements

• 3-5 years previous real estate loan processing and mortgage experience.
• Encompass loan operating system knowledge
