POSITION SUMMARY

At Orthodontic Specialists of White Plains we believe that everyone deserves a perfect smile and that it can easily be obtain. We are looking for a passionate, energized, customer focused and confident Patient Specialist that has sales experience. Orthodontic, dental, or medical experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will train you to engage our patients, discuss their treatment options and get them started on a journey to a new smile. We want our patients to feel confident in their smiles and our patient engagement manager helps with the first step…saying yes to treatment. The right person will be well spoken, computer literate and an excellent communicator. Organizational skills are a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Be the face of the office and manage the entire new patient journey from educating them on treatment options to reviewing treatment expectation and duration

· Establish relationship between the office and local dentists and other care providers

· Engage with our customers while presenting their treatment plans and promoting sales and company products during promotional periods

· Tracking and monitoring, and any required patient follow-up to

· Confidence when explaining, promoting and adhering to company payment policies and procedures

· Obtaining treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage, finance options to ensure our customers select the best payment plan for their budget

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Some College Experience Preferred

· Sales experience 3-5 years

· Ortho / Dental experience not required

SKILLS and ABILITIES

· Sales experience engaging directly with customers

· Someone that can motivate and excite prospective patients about their orthodontic treatment

· Excellent Customer Service Experience

· Awesome attitude with an outgoing personality!

· Spanish (Required)

· 25% (Preferred) May need to fill in another office, training in NYC

Salary: $32,000.00 to $48,000.00 /year
