Teacher – Lowville Class I. This is a 10-month, full-time (Monday - Friday, 8a – 4:00p)that follows the school calendar. The individual must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood; or an Associate’s degree in early childhood with experience teaching preschool-age children; or be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in early childhood education or related field.
All candidates must demonstrate competency to plan and implement child and family learning experiences that ensure effective implementation of the toddler curriculum. Candidates must also possess exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents, children and the community, as well as have strong organizational and writing skills.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and hold a clean driver’s license.
