As the Staff Development/Infection Prevention Nurse, this position will have responsibility for the training, orientation and skills development, and, oversee infection control program including vaccine tracking, infection prevention, tracking, trending and implementation of treatment. RN or LPN. Training duties include new hire orientation, annual mandatory training, clinical competencies, policy education; follow new hires to ensure proper training and job satisfaction; assists with development of nursing related policies and procedures, monitoring of resident care and quality outcomes.
