Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work.
Illinois Professional Education License - School Social Work Endorsement
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
This employee is responsible for the delivery of counseling services to general education, 504 and special education students.

• Providing counseling and support services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths
• Facilitating individual or group counseling sessions to address various issues, such as conflict resolution, bullying, or stress management
• Connecting students and families with community resources and support services as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of student interactions and progress
• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities as required
• Adhering to ethical and legal guidelines in all interactions and interventions
