Teambonding is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Manager - Corporate Events (FT)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as an inbound, Inside Sales Manager, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, an excellent memory for both products and client specifics, and enthusiasm for working with a small, 'everybody counts' team. Special consideration will be given to candidates with industry-related experience.
This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented person with the confidence to work with and represent the TeamBonding Team.
Job Responsibilities:
Sell to an established and expanding customer base
Establish and grow relationships with key corporate account decision-makers
Log and report activity through a cloud-based CRM system (Salesforce)
Provide quotes, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients
Develop an understanding of all 150 TeamBonding programs
Desired Skills & Traits:
Able and excited to build their own book of business
Goal-setter with a proven record of meeting deadlines and getting the job done
Consistent with performing measurable and effective sales tasks
Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
Great communicator over the phone, face-to-face, and with written correspondence
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM
This is a well-paid position with a competitive salary and commission structure. A strong candidate will be earning commissions immediately.
