SkyTower Construction is Hiring a Part Time OnSite Property Manager Near Palmdale, CA
Location: East Palmdale, CA.
Job Type: Part-time.
Compensation: $800 per month - You will be able to rent a discounted 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom unit on site at 1600 per month (this unit will retail at 1900 per month).
Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time On-Site Apartment Manager for a small apartment complex in East Palmdale. The ideal candidate will manage tenant relations, oversee property maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of living for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all processes are completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Enforce lease agreements, including addressing violations and coordinating with legal resources as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, obtaining quotes and overseeing work to completion.
- Conduct showings of available units to prospective tenants.
- Take phone calls from prospective tenants, providing information about available units and the application process.
- Some experience in property management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
