Our Office is looking for an individual to fill the role of admin assistant/Medical Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and be part of a business that values friendliness, organization, and experience. The role involves a variety of tasks, from overseeing medical procedures under our MD, administrative duties, and collaborating with our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in front sales, be proficient with PCs and CRMs, and possess essential expertise. An esthetician background is highly desirable.

## Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion

- Provide makeup applications for special events or everyday looks

- Conduct esthetic laser treatments for hair removal or skin rejuvenation

- Upsell retail products and promote product demos to clients

- Deliver exceptional guest services with a focus on hospitality

- Utilize color theory to recommend appropriate makeup shades

- Demonstrate proficiency in straight razor techniques

## Qualifications

- Ideally would be Certified or licensed as an Esthetician

- Strong retail sales skills for promoting skincare products

- Ability to provide excellent guest services with a hospitality mindset

- Skilled in social media

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
