Your Role as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Weekend Coordinator
As a part-time remote Direct Support Professional (DSP) Weekend Coordinator with Havar Inc., you will work weekends from 4:00 pm Friday to 9:00 am Monday. You will be paid for 20 hours of work and may be required to work additional hours on call. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely within an hour of the clients' homes.
In this role, you will provide at-home care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting them in achieving their daily living goals and navigating challenges they may encounter. Your responsibilities include offering hands-on assistance, emotional support, and coordinating coverage when needed to ensure all clients receive the care they require.
Requirements for the Role
To qualify for the role of a remote Direct Support Professional (DSP) Weekend Coordinator at Havar Inc., you must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Previous experience in habilitation is preferred but not required. A compassionate and patient approach, along with organizational skills and a can-do attitude, are essential for success in this role.
