Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Hammonton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information on our modular home offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Assist customers with the selection of modular home designs and options.
• Prepare and present sales contracts and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
