Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Help with all aspects of Sarda Live events from hand modeling jewelry to cleaning jewelry to prepare for shows.
• Learn the brand from inside out to create content for our website and social media platforms.
• Develop well researched and polished content for publication on multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs.
• Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
• Interpret creative direction and technical information in an effective manner, resulting in persuasive copy concepts.
• Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
• Drive brand consistency across all company communications.
• Assist in other aspects of the creative and research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
• Create and follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the creative and content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.
• See projects through the creative lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
• Assist in special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication, marketing, or related field.
• Well-versed with SEO and writing high-quality content that passes the "Google Test".
• A strong understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and how to incorporate a brand naturally into content when appropriate.
• Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels.
• Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns.
• Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Technical Experience and Proficiencies – Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Task Management Programs like Notion or Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually.
• Highly organized and able to manage time to meet deadlines.
• Proven experience delivering value-based communications.
• Highly collaborative, enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, focused on continuous improvement.
• Must live in a 30 mile radius of 98373 zip code
• Able to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
