Job Title:
Host/Hostess

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner,
• Ascertains guests dining needs,
• Seats guests and manages restaurant seating charts,
• Manage reservations efficiently,
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate with guests regarding their table status,
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow,
• Answers phone calls and handles guest inquiries in a professional manner,
• Checks voicemail recordings, ensuring prompt response is made,
• Responds to guests’ inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner,
• Performs opening and closing duties as needed,
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host station,
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations,
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism,
• Assists others with side work, including but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
• Assists fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships,
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest service at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
