The Pool Maintenance Technician and Assistant Construction Managers will be responsible for assisting the construction manager, swimming pool start up, repairs, problem solving, and picking up needed supplies.

Essential Duties

• Ability to perform a Start Up on a new pool
• Balancing water chemistry
• Ability to troubleshoot and correct deficiencies in circulation, filtration, heating, sanitization and control systems
• Ability to diagnose problems and preform repairs
• Keep job sites clean
• Start up pool service
• Assist construction managers
• Self-starter and demonstrates initiative
• Ability to organize and multi-task activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem solving skills, ability to handle adversity
• Other projects and duties as required/assigned
• To proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolution to minimize damage/risk or possibly create unforeseen opportunity for gain
• Customer centered and focused
• Communicate any issues, potential problems, actions, follow up needed, complaints, etc. with customer and office

Qualifications

• Pool Industry experience required
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to show up on time
• Must be able to swim
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the office, vehicles, and customer work-sites.
• Must be able to show up on time to work and appointments
