Provides administrative support to the property operation function facilities by communicating and coordinating with staff and external tenants' regarding issues, requests, and concerns. Instrumental in the relationship between RHC and its residents.
This position will be the go between the organization (RHC) and the tenants. Will be the go to for phone calls to tenants to check on rent or tardiness of, maintenance experience, implementing a maintenance schedule, meeting with tenant at our various locations.
