Job Title: DSP- Enhanced

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SSP to provide exceptional care and enhanced support to a young man with Autism. The candidate will have experience working with non-verbal individuals with Autism and be proficient in ABA Behavior Support Plans, positive approaches to redirecting aggressive behavior, and use of ACC communication devices. · Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Ensure health and safety requirements are met both at home and in the community
- Provide transportation to community events, activities, and appointments
- Implement ABA Behavior Support
- Encourage verbal language usage
- Maintain regular communication with the guardian and surrogate
- Document and track progress towards goals defined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) using the EVV system

· Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must meet one of the following criteria*:
- *Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), or hold NADD Certification (e.g., NADD Competency-Based Clinical Certification, Dual Diagnosis Certification)
- Possess a valid driver's license in PA and have reliable transportation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DSP, SSP, Behavior Technician, or Behavior Specialist
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Proficiency in Discrete Trial Instruction
- Dependable and punctual

· Additional Details:
- Part-time position 18 hr per week, with transition to full-time
- Hourly rate based on experience up to $27 per hour
