Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ needs and preferences to match them with the ideal vehicle.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
• Present financing options and assist customers with the sales process.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory and current promotions.
• Follow up with potential customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Earning Potential:

• Top performers can earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually!
• Uncapped commission structure allows you to control your income.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
