We are looking for an independent individual who can float between our accounts in the evening. We service various accounts including government buildings, factories, and medical facilities. Tasks would include cleaning, detailing, and carpet/floor care throughout the year. Tasks revolve around various factors of the business and vary on a weekly basis. This position requires an individual who is self motivated and who can maintain work quality without being directly supervised. This position is Monday - Friday from 4:00pm-12:00am.

Requirements

-Valid Drivers license and Transportation

-2 years of janitorial experience preferred

-Ability to handle physical workload

-Ability to pass criminal background check

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to adapt

Responsibilities

-Cleaning open shifts (75%)

-Perform various detail cleanings (10%)

-Floor care and carpet cleaning (15%)
