You must have a valid HHA or PCA certificate and up-to-date medicals to be considered for a position.

Those who drive are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and duties include ADL assistance.

In order to be considered for this position, you need to provide the following upon interview:

• Resume
• 2 forms of ID
• Copy of latest doctor's physical (within 1 year)
• TB (Tuberculosis) test results (PPD or Quantiferon within 1 year or Chest X-Ray)
• Drug screen (within 1 year)
• HHA certificate and any other certificates you hold
• 2 References
• Titers for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (with lab levels)
• Vaccination Card or proof of Vaccination
