Job Duties:

• Inspect parts produced to ensure quality standards match
• Work with production staff to raise awareness of the importance of quality
• Analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective action
• Assist in working towards internationally recognized quality accreditation
• Periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g., scales, calipers)
• Maintain discipline in regards to work and safety rules in an office or factory environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Maintain discipline in regards to work and safety rules in an office or factory environment
• Able to learn and adapt to change quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & other computer related tasks
• Able to use time wisely
• Able to multi-task
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of civility in dealing with others
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with metal forming and paint processes

Education and Experience:

• Familiarity/working knowledge of FEMA, GD&T, APQP and PPAP processes preferred
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Proficient in using measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, and height gauges
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

There is an opportunity to earn a sign-on perfect attendance bonus of $600 at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days, and 150 days. Total potential sign-on bonus is $3,000.
