Creative Agency Director – Position Summary: 

Two Bridge Studios is currently looking to hire an Agency Director to work with a variety of organizations, companies, and agencies to help create high quality mental health content to be distributed globally. This position will require prior success and experience in both sales and marketing (preferably within healthcare/mental health) to create, develop, and maintain clients as we continue to expand our reach. 

Agency Director – Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with organizations, companies, and agencies nationwide. 

• Understand client needs for mental health content and develop plans to address them 

• Identify key decision makers and staff within client companies to cultivate profitable relationships 

• Aim to preserve clients and renew contracts 

• Leverage existing networks and establish new connections to drive partnership opportunities forward 

• Perform market research to determine opportunities for new relations and growth 

• Effectively communicate with senior leadership to ensure a thorough understanding of the complex and evolving mental health landscape 

• Market Positioning and Thought Leadership: Represent our company at industry conferences, events, and forums to enhance our visibility within the mental health space 

• Develop thought leadership content and participate in speaking engagements to position our company as a leader in mental health 

• You will be empowered to constantly challenge the status quo in promoting mental health and wellness content on behalf of our clients 

Agency Director – Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field REQUIRED (Master’s degree a plus) 

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, strategic collaborations, or corporate development, with a focus on mental health 

• Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment 

• Healthcare experience is required (mental health experience strongly preferred) 

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite and CRM systems 

• Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively 

• Willingness to travel as needed 

• Required to work onsite at our office located in Irvington, NY
