Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Lead to join our team. The FSQA Lead will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The duties of this position shall include but not be limited to:

· Verification of line quality checks daily.

· Perform environmental swabbing and documentation as scheduled.

· Perform daily quality tests in laboratory as needed.

· Manage sample retentions.

· Perform ATP swabbing and equipment inspections, develop trend analysis from results.

· Actively participate in all third party and corporate audits.

· Troubleshoot issues with lab equipment and work with vendor for solutions.

· Assist FSQA Supervisor with employee scheduling and covering of vacations.

· Conduct new hire training for the company on GMP and food safety materials.

· File and maintain departmental records.

· Assist FSQA supervisor in maintaining manuals and documents to up-to-date readiness.

· Lead department daily meeting.

· Must be able to communicate effectively to all departments.

Preferences to those with:

· Food safety experience.

· Quality experience.

· SQF practitioner or experience with the system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.95 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 80 per week
