The primary role of a Special Instructor at JayCare is to improve the cognitive and play skills of the child.
The care provided by a Special Instructor is fundamental to promoting early cognitive skills, increasing attention span and appropriate cooperative play in young children and improving their quality of life.
The most crucial years for improving brain development is ages birth to five. A Special Instructor can assist with the special education a child needs even before they begin school.

JayCare Therapy is currently offering Special Instructors’ an additional $10 per hour for all bilingual cases.
We will build your caseload according to your areas and times of availability. We are looking for full time, part time, or even just one day a week. We will customize your caseload to meet your geographic and scheduling preferences. We are open to hiring with Special Instructors’ little or no experience in the field, as we provide comprehensive, hands-on training. This is a wonderful opportunity with room for growth within the organization.
