Inter-Connect Employment Services is Hiring an Inventory Control Clerk Near Quincy, IL
Full-Time Hours for the Inventory Control Clerk are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:30pm. Rate of Pay for the Inventory Control Clerk is $16.00 per hour.
Essential Functions for the Inventory Control Clerk Include:
- As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.
- This position involves a combination of administrative duties, inventory management, and coordination to ensure production needs are met
- Receiving and processing purchase orders for supplies and checking that items arrive correctly
- Regularly update inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and adjustments, using inventory management software or spreadsheets
- Process internal requests for inventory items from various departments or locations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, logistics, and production, to coordinate inventory-related activities and address any issues or concerns
- Must be detailed oriented, accurate and reliable in handling documents
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior warehouse and inventory experience preferred
- Forklift experience, beneficial but not required
- Administrative Skills
