Pinelawn Memorial Park is Hiring a Family Service Sales Counselor Near Milwaukee, WI
Specific Duties:
- Identify individuals who are interested in learning more about preplanning cemetery and funeral arrangements to schedule appointments to meet with them.
- Meet with families who have experience a death to arrange personalized burial arrangements that create a positive impression during a difficult time. Must be empathetic and a good listener.
- Meet and exceed established sales quotas
- Follow up with all families and generate new referrals
- Obtain permanent record files on all sales
- Personal deliveries of deeds and other legal work (obtain permanent record files & referrals)
- Enter all clients and new prospects with notes into CRM
- Promote preplanning to affiliations of cemeteries to include, but not limited to:
- Family & friends of the deceased who are interred in cemetery
- Community members
- Organizations, associations and churches within the community
- Service all families and clients in the best possible manner
