Summary:

In support of our client, a global biotechnology manufacturer, Paragon Safety Group is currently seeking a Construction Owner’s Rep to act on behalf of our client and support the construction management company and the ongoing projects taking place on an active construction site. This is a multi-year project-based contact opportunity located in the greater Atlanta area. Previous Site Owner's experience is highly desired.

The selected candidate will monitor the construction progress of the client’s project on-site to ensure that the project progresses in accordance with the planned schedule, cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance. A qualified individual with experience in the construction industry, this individual will be field stationed and responsible for performing the following job tasks/requirements.

Job Requirements:

The person in this role is responsible for ensuring all operations on-site are being conducted safely and in compliance with OSHA and corporate standards for safety. Must be able to provide ongoing communication to management concerning the assessment of the HSE project performance with associated recommended proactive and/or corrective actions. Develop, plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor HSE Programs to ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations, company and client policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone with charisma and great communication skills, with construction safety management experience, and who is excited to be involved in the effort to keep people safe at work.

• A current, unexpired safety credential: this could include OSHA 500, CSP, CHST
• Up to date First Aid / CPR / AED Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 years' experience in jobs with 100% of time managing construction site safety (required)
• Great communication skills (required)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (desired)

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:

• Construction Safety: 7 years (Required)
• Owner's Rep: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
