Your Role: As a Medical Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the front desk. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Interaction: Answering phone calls, communicating with patients, rescheduling appointments, handling insurance queries, taking payments, and more.
• Administrative Duties: Faxing documents, calling in prescriptions, updating our Electronic Health Records (EHR), scheduling specimen pick-ups, and stocking patient forms and handouts.
• Clinical Assistance: Taking patient vitals, rooming patients, cleaning rooms, and ordering and stocking office supplies.
