We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist. This role will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates for our core positions while also managing the administrative aspects of the onboarding process for all new hires in addition to payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting and Onboarding:

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure real time feedback is communicated to hiring managers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the administrative aspects of the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to the first day of work.
• Responsible for the pre-hire process.
• Responsible for the onboarding process of each new hire including integration into payroll.

Payroll:

• Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and management
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues
• Assist in preparing reports for management as needed
• Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
