JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for achieving targeted profitable sales through new business development and increasing share of existing customers business. Have the ability to work in conjunction with the Woodmont Builder Team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the products and services provided by Woodmont Cabinetry.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Execute Key Sales Processes, including acquiring new customers, to achieve Sales Growth Targets, drive higher ASPs, improve profitability and ensure customer satisfaction

* Prospect, target and acquire new customers

* Prepare and Present bid packages (i.e., blue print take-offs, 20-20 Design, quoting, etc)

* Maintain accurate customer Master books

* Field Measure and communicate framing and other errors to builders for correction

* Process and submit error free electronic orders with all required Purchase Orders and documentation

* Work with the Operations/Service Team to ensure a consistently high level of performance on 100% on-time complete installations and service requests

* Work with the Accounts Receivable Team as needed to assist in collecting past due invoices

* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers

* Ensure all activities are compliant with company policy, government regulations and OSHA

* Maintain good relationships with customers including job-site and office visits

* Support continuous improvement activities throughout the organization

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

* Bachelors Degree in business or related field; or 5 years of building/construction industry sales experience with a minimum of High School diploma or GED

* 5 years in a similar sales and account management position in building/construction industry

* High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

* High Proficiency with 20-20 CAD Software

* Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams and customers

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with external customers

* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills

* Authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship
