Seeking Call Center Reps to join our team at Bristol Windows. We are growing and looking to build a team that wants to learn and grow with us!

Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-5:00pm Fridays, & weekends during show season.
• Ability to Stay out of town for 10 Days during the Nebraska State Fair.
• Ability to travel when needed! (Vehicle)
• Experience in high volume outbound, sales, telemarketing, and/ or cold calling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a super attitude are a must!
• Strong computer system navigation skills.
• Dependability is a MUST

Responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments for our Estimators to demonstrate our home improvement products.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.
• Booth set-up and attendance at Trade Shows and Events with the goal of setting appointments & building brand awareness.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
