We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in our Steamboat Springs branch. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team, have a positive mindset, and a desire to learn and grow with the "Best Bank of the Boat".

Wage: $21 an hour, depending on experience. Plus Quarterly Production bonuses and a $1,000 Signing Bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional “hometown” customer service
• Handle multiple customers/queries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Fulfill Teller duties with a high attention to detail.

Experience & Skills:

• 1 year in a customer service role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong aptitude for math.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in computer skills and utilizing multiple information processing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
