Position: Maintenance Technician
Type: Part-time, Flexible Schedule
Experience Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our furry guests and their owners
• Conduct basic carpentry repairs, including but not limited to repairing or replacing doors, patching drywall, painting, repairing fences and gates.
• Maintain our lush green spaces with basic lawn and garden care techniques
• Operate standard machinery and equipment with precision and care
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance, with skills ranging from basic carpentry to lawn and garden care
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all tasks
• Willingness to be available for emergency maintenance situations.
