Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties after water, fire, or mold damage. If you have experience in asbestos abatement, water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water damage restoration tasks including extraction, drying, and cleanup
- Conduct mold remediation procedures to ensure safe and effective removal
- Handle fire damage restoration by cleaning and rebuilding affected areas
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to restore properties to pre-damage conditions
- Clean carpets and upholstery using appropriate techniques
- Work on-site to assess damage and develop restoration plans
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for restoration work
- Ability to build and restore damaged structures
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
