Rock City Church is Hiring a Campus Facilities Director Near Columbus, OH
SUMMARY Oversees building and grounds maintenance. Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to Rock City Church policy and procedures and meets the Rock City level of excellence. GENERAL DUTIES
Oversees ground maintenance and mowing, ensures the grounds are kept neat and well-manicured
Oversees cleanliness of the building including use of contractors and/or volunteer cleaning teams
Oversees and maintains all building mechanicals
Manage work order system for assigned campus or campuses
Manage campus facilities budget in coordination with Campus Pastor and Central Facilities Project Manager
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
Oversees and supervises quality of work from contractors and volunteers
Conducts and documents regular site inspections with Central Facilities Project Manager
Checks completed work by vendors and contractors
Communicates workplace safety to employees and volunteers
Assists with all fire, safety drills, and inspections as needed
Attends to emergencies as needed
Builds and oversees facility volunteer teams
Coordinates facility project nights
Insures volunteer coverage on Sundays during services
Works with the campus team for event & worship experience preparations
Shares on-call duties as needed
Works with other campuses for prepping large all church events as needed
