Join the Lucke Family in our business office as the company’s Finance Controller. This role is an integral part of our team in supporting the company’s financial needs and developing financial strategy. This position will be overseeing the accounting and reporting functions of the operation, development, and construction teams for Robert Lucke Group. 

This will include:

• Prepare timely and complete financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected financial results.
• Establishing and maintaining processes/systems and overall management of: A/P, A/R, Payroll entries, etc.
• Oversee the administration, review and reconciliation of cash, liabilities, Construction in-process accounts, and inter-company accounts.
• Work with executive leadership to ensure operational success through cost analysis support, operations support, and compliance with all contractual requirements.
•  Assist with construction draws when needed.
• Oversee the monthly closing of all entities including construction accounts.
• Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the President.
• Review and monitor Company insurance policies as well as maintaining the proper general ledger reporting.
• Liaison with external auditors and provide needed information for annual audits including all reports and workpapers.
• People Operations; will include payroll, health insurance enrollment and 401k administration.
• Manages the accounting administrator; supervising, delegating, and training.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required.
