ARDEM provides Document Management, Data Management, and Document Conversion services to commercial and government clients. We provide customer-specific solutions for large-volume data processing in market research, financial services, health, and retail sectors.
Scope of work: Preparing documents for scanning and digitizing using high-speed and flatbed scanning equipment. Documents include photographs, paper, slides and film negatives.
Tasks will include, sorting mail, removing paper from files, opening envelopes, and keeping folders organized. MS Office applications will be used for tracking.
Other office administrative tasks will include, filing paperwork, ensuring supplies are fulfilled, mail receipts, accounts payable support (printing and mailing payments, scanning and submitting vendor documents, etc)
Abilities required: Accuracy and Speed. Consistent and reliable work hours. Work independently and quietly, Reliable Transportation. We are a small company and rely on eager motivated individuals to fulfill their responsibilities.
Candidate must be very detail oriented and maintain quality work while doing repetitive tasks quickly.
P.C. knowledge is necessary to run scanners. Candidate must be comfortable with working on the computer in excel, word, PDF applications, Chrome and network folders.
Knowledge of Windows Office software is helpful, but training will be provided.

Education:
BA or 4-year equivalent college education 0-3 years' experience.
Associates degree with scanning experience 2-5 years' experience.

Scheduled work hours Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am - 3pm (hours may change as training matures)
