CPDLF is growing and has an opening on our Operations Support Team for a passionate and self-motivated individual who loves to learn and grow while providing support for others. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a variety of technical and organizational skills that could be used to support in a variety of areas and ways for the operation of the organization; however, experience in providing administrative support for a Special Education Department is strongly encouraged. This person could be assigned to work from our Altoona Logan Valley Mall location. Compensation is based on skill set, experience, level of education, and/or certifications. 

CPDLF is a 24/7 asynchronous K to 12 PA cyber school that serves learners and families across the state of PA. Learners have access to their learning platforms at all times and are encouraged to take ownership of their learning. Our main office is located in Altoona, PA and we have Drop In Learning Centers in the Altoona Logan Valley Mall and in Stroudsburg, PA. 

The CPDLF Team values developing strong, personable connections with each learner and their family. A personal touch sets us apart and is essential to fostering positive relationships. Candidates selected for hiring will need to have all of their paperwork, clearances, and other new hire tasks completed immediately upon hiring. Acceptable PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, and Act 168 forms required to be hired.
