This is a contract opportunity for 6 months with the possibility of an extension. What you'll do:Onboard the GRC tool (Vanta) to manage PCI Compliance processes throughout the organization.Monitor and increase the adoption of automated compliance tasks.Assign deliverables, tasks, and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules, and plans.Balance the planning and execution of concurrent cross-disciplinary and/or cross-functional projects in various phases of delivery.Gather and organize existing documentation and compliance evidence into a central repository.Plan and commercialize recurring compliance tasks to ensure timely completion.Proactively identify ways to streamline current project management processes. What you'll need:Strong technical understanding of data (architecture, metadata, data quality, governance, etc.).Demonstrated success in managing onboarding and adoption of compliance automation tools.Experience leading compliance projects with a 3rd party auditor for SOC or PCI compliance.Managing projects in a cross-functional, matrixed organization comprised of geographically dispersed and virtual teams.Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders in different departments, and at all levels within our organization.Experience working with technical teams (Infrastructure, Network/IT Security, Data Protection, Digital Transformation or Application Development).Leadership, communications, facilitation, collaboration and relationship management skills.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
